SpotFree Window Cleaning carries active liability insurance designed to protect our residential and commercial customers, their property, and the public while we work on-site. The summary below is for general information only and does not replace or change the actual insurance policy wording.

Our Insurance Overview

– SpotFree Window Cleaning is insured under a commercial general liability policy issued by Wesco Insurance Company.

– Certificates of Insurance are available on request for property managers, HOAs, commercial facilities, and contractors who require documentation.

General Liability Coverage

– Our commercial general liability policy provides coverage for accidental bodily injury or property damage caused to others in the course of our window cleaning operations.

– The policy includes limits of up to 1,000,000 USD per occurrence, subject to all terms, conditions, exclusions, and endorsements of the policy.

Who And What Is Protected

– Coverage is intended to protect our customers and third parties if our work accidentally results in covered damage or injury, such as damage to surfaces we are working on or accidental injury to someone present at the job site.

– Insurance applies only to covered incidents arising from our professional operations and only as defined in the policy; it does not guarantee payment for every type of loss, event, or circumstance.

Policy Period And Carrier

– The current certificate reflects coverage in force for the policy period 02/20/2025 to 02/20/2026, under policy number WWC3770298 (or any replacement policy issued thereafter).

– Insurance is provided by Wesco Insurance Company, an admitted carrier listed as the insurer on our Certificates of Liability Insurance.
